Some of the information you choose to provide us may be considered “special” or “sensitive” in certain jurisdictions, for example your racial or ethnic origins, sexual orientation and religious beliefs. By choosing to provide this information, you consent to our processing of that information.

 

Where we need to collect personal data under the terms of a contract we have with you, and you fail to provide that data when requested or it is inaccurate, we may not be able to perform the contract we have or are trying to enter  into with you to provide you with our Services. In this case, we may have to cancel the service you have with us, but we will notify you if this is the case at the time.

(a) We will not share any information about you without your prior specific written consent other than in connection with the Services and any verification checks done for background or marital status. For verification checks, the company providing the verification service for us will be provided with the basic necessary details about you in order to perform the service. The company providing the verification service will also be obligated to keep all information provided to them confidential and private

 

(b) Members will be provided only with general information and description of yourself prior to the date/appointment. They would not be provided with your contact details or your photo unless you have given us permission to do so. Any information you give us that is not for display to other members will be kept strictly private.

 

(c) Your individual use of the Service and your interaction with other members through us will be kept strictly private, unless you give your prior specific written consent, provided, however, that we may be required to disclose information relating to you to legal authorities if they have the proper authority (such as a search warrant or court order). 

 

(d) We will not, at any time during and after the term of this agreement sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to any other non-company owned or non-company related business or marketing campaign without your written permission.

 

(e) We may share certain demographic information with third-party service  providers, relevant governmental and/or regulatory authorities, academic institutions, advisors, and investors, for business analysis, product development or research purposes.

 

(f) We generally do not transfer your personal data to countries outside of Singapore. However, if we do so, we will obtain your consent for the transfer to be made and we will take steps to ensure that your personal data continues to receive a standard of protection that is at least comparable to that provided under the PDPA.
